• Applicants with Japanese communication skills at JLPT N3/N2 level or higher
• Strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, or production work

• Eligible to obtain a Japanese work visa (support available for qualified applicants)
Salaries and benefits(Treatment)
Salary
- University Graduate: Monthly salary of 210,000 yen
- Junior College / Vocational School Graduate: Monthly salary of 200,000 yen
Allowances
- Overtime allowance (paid in full)
- Commuting allowance (up to 5,000 yen per month)
- Family allowance (10,000 yen per child per month)
- Professional allowance (up to 150,000 yen per month)
- Housing allowance (up to 10,000 yen per month)
